Arrow Escape Privacy Policy

Arrow Escape · Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Arrow Escape app (“we”, “our”, “the app”), published by Game Quester, collects, uses and protects information. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. No Account Needed

Arrow Escape does not ask you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Your game progress is saved only on your phone: levels cleared, stars, coins, boosters, daily reward and win-streak progress, the colours and background you chose, and your settings (sound, music, vibration and colour-blind mode). It is not uploaded to our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Game analytics (Google Firebase Analytics)

  • How the game is played, for example which levels are started, won, lost or left, stars and time taken, boosters used, ads watched, daily rewards claimed and purchases made.
  • Device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, country (from your IP address) and an app instance ID.
  • We use this to find levels that are too hard or too easy, fix problems and improve the game. It is not used to identify you personally.

Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics)

  • If the app crashes, a crash report is sent with technical details (device model, operating system, app version, the level you were on and the error that occurred) so we can fix the problem.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

  • Our advertising partner may collect device information such as your device model, operating system, IP address, language and your device’s advertising ID. See Section 4.

We do not collect your photos, files, messages, contacts, precise location, camera or microphone.

4. Advertising

The app shows ads using Google AdMob: a banner during play, full-screen ads between some levels, and optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch for an in-game reward (for example a revive, a booster or double coins). Google and its partners may use your device’s advertising ID and device information to show ads, including personalized ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud.

  • Consent: where the law requires it (for example in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent using Google’s consent form before showing personalized ads or collecting analytics. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy choices in the app.
  • Opt out: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
  • Remove Ads: the optional Remove Ads purchase turns off the banner and the between-level ads. Optional rewarded videos stay available.

5. In-App Purchases

The Remove Ads purchase is sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google. We do not receive or store your card or payment details; we only receive confirmation of the purchase so we can unlock it, and so it can be restored if you reinstall the app.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Google AdMob (ads and the consent form): https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • Google Play (download and purchases): https://policies.google.com/privacy

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above so they can provide their services, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and our service.

8. Data Storage, Security and Retention

Analytics and crash data are processed by Google on servers that may be located outside your country and are sent over encrypted connections. Google Analytics data is kept for a limited period (by default up to 14 months) and crash reports for up to 90 days. Your game progress stays on your phone until you delete the app or its data.

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • Change your ad and analytics consent from Settings → Ad privacy choices in the app (where available in your region).
  • Reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
  • Delete all game data on your phone by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not know who you are, please include your request details and we will help as far as we can. Contact us using the email below.

10. Children’s Privacy

Arrow Escape is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
