Arrow Escape Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arrow Escape app (“the app”), published by Game Quester (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases you make.

2. Your Progress

Your progress is saved on your phone. It is not linked to an account and is not backed up by us, so it can be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or change phones. The Remove Ads purchase can be restored from Google Play using Restore purchases in the app.

3. Virtual Items: Coins, Stars and Boosters

• The app uses virtual coins, stars, boosters (such as Hint, Undo, Bomb and Extra Life), chests, arrow colour sets and other virtual items (“Virtual Items”). You earn them by playing or by watching optional ads.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or redeemed for anything outside the app.
• You receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use Virtual Items inside the app only. You do not own them.
• We may change the rewards, costs and availability of Virtual Items and game features at any time.

4. Remove Ads Purchase

• Remove Ads is a one-time purchase made through Google Play and is subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies.
• It turns off the banner and the ads shown between levels. Optional rewarded video ads, which you choose to watch for a reward, remain available.
• Except where required by law or Google Play’s policies, purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Ads and Rewards

The app shows ads. Some features let you choose to watch a rewarded ad for an in-game reward (such as a revive, a booster or double coins). A reward is given only if the ad is watched to the end, and ads may not always be available. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, use modified versions of the app, exploit bugs, interfere with or reverse engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The app and all of its content, including the name, logo, design, levels, graphics, sounds and code, belong to Game Quester or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

8. Changes and Availability

We may update, change, suspend or stop the app or any feature at any time, and the app may sometimes be unavailable.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your progress will never be lost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Game Quester will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
