These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brain Challenge app (“the app”), published by Game Quester (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases you make.

2. Your Account

• You can play as a guest or sign in with Google. Guest progress is tied to that guest account; if you sign out as a guest without linking a Google account, your progress may be lost permanently.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
• Your display name must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate another person, or include personal information. We may change or remove any display name that breaks this rule.

3. Virtual Items: Coins, XP and VIP

• The app uses virtual coins, XP, levels, streaks and other virtual items (“Virtual Items”). You can earn Virtual Items by playing, watching optional ads, or buy coins with real money.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred to another player or account, or redeemed for anything outside the app.
• You receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use Virtual Items inside the app only. You do not own them.
• We may change the prices, rewards, costs and availability of Virtual Items and game features at any time.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

• All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies.
• Except where required by law or Google Play’s policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable, and unused Virtual Items are not refunded if your account is closed.
• VIP subscription: VIP is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the price shown in the app until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep VIP until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• VIP benefits are described in the app and may change over time.

5. Ads and Rewards

The app shows ads. Some features let you choose to watch a rewarded ad in return for an in-game reward (such as coins, hints, a retry, or restoring a streak). A reward is given only if the ad is watched to the end, and ads may not always be available. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, scripts, modified versions of the app, or exploit bugs to gain coins, XP, scores or leaderboard positions.
• Interfere with, hack, reverse engineer, or overload the app or its servers.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or leaderboards.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We may reset progress, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

7. Leaderboards

Leaderboards are for fun. Rankings are based on XP and may be reset on a daily, weekly or other schedule. We may correct or remove entries we believe are the result of cheating or errors.

8. Game Content

Questions, riddles, puzzles and answers are provided for entertainment only. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is correct or complete. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.

9. Intellectual Property

The app and all of its content, including the name, logo, design, graphics, sounds, questions and code, belong to Game Quester or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

10. Changes, Availability and Termination

• We may update, change, suspend or stop the app or any feature at any time, and the app may sometimes be unavailable.
• You may stop using the app at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy).
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your progress will never be lost.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Game Quester will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
